THe Plott Hound is an American hunting hound developed by the Plott family in the mid 18th century. The breed has large, droopy ears, drools, and comes in coat colors such as brindle and blue. This versatile canine hunts bears, bear, wolves, and coyotes, and just about anything else native to the Appalachian mountains. They have an extremely high stamina and will work as long as you want them to. They are extremely courageous on the hunt, but at home is loving and good with kids.
