The Porcelaine, also known as the Chien de Franche-Comté, is a French hunting breed named for its unusual coat. You can actually see the pink skin, mottled with black spots, through the hair. From a distance, the coat looks as though it is made of glass. While its unique looks are lovely, this breed also has a wonderful temperament and personality. Always ready for a long walk or rowdy play, they are good with children and a nice family pet.
